The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room had a large bathroom and included a fridge, coffee, and tea making equipment. It also had a writing desk in the room. There were lovely views from the property. The staff was decent and attentive. The location was marvelous, close to Kingston Springs, TN, a truck stop, and sightseeing opportunities.

The hotel met expectations in every way, totally recommend. The whole property was fairly clean. The staff was genuinely nice and courteous. Great and comfortable location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Got an impressive, relaxing room with several grab bars throughout the large bathroom which also had a shower seat.

I would happily return

The best thing about this well-maintained and comfortable property is its favourable location really close to restaurants, Manassas and Springdale, and the business center. It's by the Harpeth River.

I especially enjoyed the cozy lobby with its beautiful flower arrangements and comfortable seating for us seniors. the overall design made it easy to navigate for those needing extra assistance. the television in the lobby was a nice touch, providing a familiar comfort during our stay.

I would wish for more patience and understanding from the children working there for us seniors.
